With most websites you can go to http://YOURDOMAIN.COM.AU:2082/ or simply http://YOURDOMAIN.COM.AU/cpanel
You shall have received a username and password in a welcome email with your web hosting.
How to restore your email address password
Follow these instructions to change your email account password in cPanel.
- Login to your control panel (cPanel) – see How to login to cPanel
- Go to Mail -> Email Accounts
- Locate the email account you need the password for and click “Change Password”
- Record password you choose and update your email program with the new password
How to restore your FTP or control panel (cPanel) password
Follow these instruction to reset you cPanel password.
- Go to http://YOURDOMAIN.COM.AU:2082/resetpass/?login_theme=cpanel&user=
- Fill in your web hosting account username (this is normally the first 7-8 characters of your domain name, excluding the “.” dots)
- An email will be sent to the email address you registered the account with
- Follow the steps as described in the email
