Follow these instructions to change your email account password in cPanel.
- Login to your control panel (cPanel) – see How to login to cPanel
- Go to Mail -> Email Accounts
- Locate the email account you need the password for and click “Change Password”
- Record password you choose and update your email program with the new password
Follow these instruction to reset you cPanel password.
- Go to http://YOURDOMAIN.COM.AU:2082/resetpass/?login_theme=cpanel&user=
- Fill in your web hosting account username (this is normally the first 7-8 characters of your domain name, excluding the “.” dots)
- An email will be sent to the email address you registered the account with
- Follow the steps as described in the email
